Welcome to the relaunch of What’s Your Party. After a few months of blogging we decided that the blog had drifted away from the original intent of it being a debate blog. In light of that enlightenment we decided to relaunch the website (here is the old one) and here it is; well kind of. We are still working out the kinks, but it should be ready soon and the debates should start rolling. The layout has been edited so that there will be a topic post on the top (where this post is). Under that post will be two posts, the left being blogged by Omar and the right by Patel. They will share their opinions on the topics and debate with each other. There are bound to be disagreements because Omar leans left and is a Democrat, while Patel is a right-leaning anti-war conservative. We would love to see your input too, via the comments for each post.

As part of the 2.0 release a new feature has been added which will further visitor interaction in the community. How? You can create your own blog, hosted by us here at whatsyourparty. The best part is it is 100% free! We would love to see you guys create your own blogs and share your own ideas on politics. You may sign up by clicking the “get your own blog” button at the top. It is very simple to sign up and use and we hope all of you give it a shot.
